What do you love most about being part of the Lakeside community? How do you show off your school spirit? What is your favorite Homecoming tradition or event?

Response: The part I love the most about the lakeside community is that my friends are apart of it. I show school spirit my participating in weeks like hoco. As well as being involved in after school activities. My favorite hoco event is the pep rally.

Reflection: I finished the assessment. I then worked on my Poem Creation. I started to put everything where I wanted visual and started thinking about the tone of how I want to say my poem.

Summary: Today in class we worked on our Poem creations on adobe. We also completed the "Constantly Risking Absurdity" Assessment. We also had time to complete our blog posts.

tell me what is your favorite word RIGHT NOW? Why is it your faovorite word and how often do you use it?

In “A Rose for Emily,” Miss Emily’s actions shock the reader—she kills her fiancé and keeps his body in her home for years. People often react with disbelief when they hear about real-life stories that seem just as unbelievable. Write about the most shocking or “craziest” news story you have ever heard. What happened, and why did it stand out to you? How did people react to it, and what does it reveal about human behavior?

Describe a time when someone’s words had a lasting impact on you.
