Prompt: Thanksgiving is a time for giving thanks and spending time with family over a nice dinner. Write about your most unforgettable meal.

Prompt Response: The most unforgettable meal I had was during my first time I trried Ethiopian food. I was about 6 years old and my father took me to an Ethiopian restraunt. I tried injera for the first time and got to taste the veggies along with the meat. It was very unforgettable as it was very good.

Summary: During class as a group we completed the illuminate test which was based on the story we read in class.

Reflection: I still very much enjoy ethiopian food. We still go out and eat it time to time. It is a core memory I have as it was long ago.
