After viewing your classmates’ digital posters and reading the feedback comments left on your work, what new ideas or perspectives did you gain about your poster? Reflect on how the feedback influenced the way you think about your creative choices and describe what you learned about the creative process while designing and presenting your poster.

Prompt Response: The comments on my poster were very positive. Most of them commented on my creativity as well as my formatting which was different. Many of the comments thought that it was colorful and appealing. I feel confident in my creative choices after seeing the comments. I learned to trust myself in the process of trying to be creative.

Summary: During the class period we watched the news. The topics were on A.I. in schools specifically college. They covered the issues the come with it and showed the difficulty for university leaders to find a balance. We then answered questions based on the news we watched. After that the class looked at each others posters and commented positive things on each one.

Reflection: Watching the news was very interesting. For the most part I agreed with the students attending college. However, I do think that before we can decide on using A.I. for a study tool we should find a sustainable way to power the platform without using water supplies and causing overheating. I do think the professors will have to find a better way to detect A.I. by either making students write in class or clearly explain their ideas with presentations.

tell me what is your favorite word RIGHT NOW? Why is it your faovorite word and how often do you use it?

In “A Rose for Emily,” Miss Emily’s actions shock the reader—she kills her fiancé and keeps his body in her home for years. People often react with disbelief when they hear about real-life stories that seem just as unbelievable. Write about the most shocking or “craziest” news story you have ever heard. What happened, and why did it stand out to you? How did people react to it, and what does it reveal about human behavior?

Describe a time when someone’s words had a lasting impact on you.
