If you were to compose a poem about one aspect of your life, which topic would it fall into and what would your overall life's message be?

Response: If I were to compose a poem about my social life the topic would fall into Growth, Laughter, and Friendship. This would be because of my friends and the people that I've met who put me in situations to grow. As well as reflect on what kind of person I am. My overall lifes message would be to keep on experiencing life no matter if it seems good or bad at the moment as the storm always comes to pass.

Reflection: I got to analyze different quotes and explore their meanings along with topics/themes.

Summary: Today in class we finished the 5 songs for Dickinsons poems. We did analysis for specific quotes and used the rest of class to work on illuminate.

tell me what is your favorite word RIGHT NOW? Why is it your faovorite word and how often do you use it?

In “A Rose for Emily,” Miss Emily’s actions shock the reader—she kills her fiancé and keeps his body in her home for years. People often react with disbelief when they hear about real-life stories that seem just as unbelievable. Write about the most shocking or “craziest” news story you have ever heard. What happened, and why did it stand out to you? How did people react to it, and what does it reveal about human behavior?

Describe a time when someone’s words had a lasting impact on you.
